CARHARP Homes is led by lifelong Florida resident, Richard Hart, Jr, who combined with his partners, have over 50 years of homebuilding and real estate development experience throughout the State of Florida. Currently, CARHARP is focused on delivering quality, innovative new single-family homes in Port St. Lucie and Palm Bay. At CARHARP, we consistently strive to exceed our homebuyers’ expectations by providing direct contact with the owners of CARHARP throughout the entire home buying experience.
We understand the difficulties homebuyers face when purchasing a new home and we can answer questions in a quick, efficient manner because of our direct hands-on approach to the process. Richard Hart
Richard is a licensed general contractor, a licensed roofing contractor and a licensed real estate sales associate. He received an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, Richard was an All-American baseball player while at Florida Atlantic University and spent time playing minor league baseball in the Anaheim Angels organization.
